Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required to practice in Oklahoma.
• Experience in renal/medical-surgical or adult care preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and families and work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with renal and complex medical conditions.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
