Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in a role focused on compassionate, patient-centered care. You will supervise care and assessments, tailor plans, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality care that supports patient recovery.

Applicants should hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and have or pursue CRRN/ACLS as noted.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments; tailor care plans and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff and assist with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones achieved during recovery.
