Encompass Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. This role focuses on individualized, compassionate care, guiding patients toward recovery with state-of-the-art technology and a patient-centered approach.

As a valued team member, you will supervise care, assess patient needs, tailor plans, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated treatment. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Formación

• Current RN license in good standing in the relevant state.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans.
• Build relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
