Job summary

You will build relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments, and provide direct patient care as needed.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure and CPR certification, with ACLS and CRRN considered strong preferences. One year of rehab hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehab hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff with complex patient needs and inquiries.
