Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our rehab team. You will supervise care, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and collaborate across departments to support recovery.

You’ll work with a compassionate team, celebrate milestones, and use evidence-based practices with modern therapy technologies. Qualified RNs with state licensure, CPR, and interest in rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
