Shannon Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. You will provide individualized patient care, lead assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to guide patients on their path to healing.

Competenze

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.
