Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Huntington seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting.

You will supervise care and treatments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients on their recovery journey using advanced therapies. Valid RN license, CPR; ACLS and CRRN preferred; one year rehab experience preferred. Benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
