Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This full-time role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and competitive PRN rates for other shifts.

You will supervise care, perform patient assessments, tailor care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and outcomes. Qualificações

• Must hold an RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehab hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones throughout the recovery journey.
