Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a short-term contract, full-time, and PRN roles in South Carolina. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates, with opportunities to join a leading inpatient rehabilitation team focused on compassionate, individualized patient care.

You will supervise care, assess patients, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery, contributing to positive patient outcomes in a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred
• CRRN certification preferred
• One year of rehab hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and tailor care plans
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries
• Celebrate patient milestones and outcomes
