ProLink is seeking a Rehab Nurse to provide care for patients recovering from injuries or disabilities in an inpatient rehab setting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in rehabilitation nursing, facilitate ADLs and mobility, and support patient independence.

You will assess and manage patients, administer medications and therapies, educate patients on rehabilitation techniques, and document care in EHR systems such as Epic while collaborating with therapists to plan care.
