Incredible Health in Grand Blanc, MI is hiring a Registered Nurse - Recent Grad ICU. The role develops real-world care experience with supervision across ICU settings, including arrhythmia management and post-surgery care. Must be a recent nursing grad with an RN license and BLS certification; 0–1 year of experience preferred.

• Less than one year of professional nursing experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Develop real-world experience delivering care to patients and collaborating with other health team members in a variety of scenarios.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions under supervision of experienced staff.
