Methodist Celina Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery to provide high-level nursing care using the nursing process.

Requirements include Texas RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with BSN preferred and NRP/AWHONN training as feasible. Minimum 1+ year L&D experience is expected. The hospital will grow on a 40+ acre campus near Dallas Parkway in Celina.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Current Texas RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• NRP preferred on hire; required within 2 weeks.
• AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring preferred; required within 6 months.
• Additional certifications as required by department.

Educación

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Your Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN Strongly Preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Required
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Preferred upon hire; required within 2 Weeks
• Current Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) Preferred upon hire; required within 6 months
• Current additional certifications as required by department
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas
• Work experience: at least 1+ years Labor & Delivery RN experience

Methodist Celina Medical Center is located on a 40+ acre campus just off of Dallas Parkway, and will serve as the community’s first full-service hospital, serving Celina and surrounding communities. The four-story medical center will open with 51 beds, with plans for expansion, and will feature a range of services including cardiology, women’s services, orthopedics, robotic surgery, and more. The campus will also include a 40,000-square-foot medical office building.
