Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an RN to perform individualized patient care, documenting thoroughly and collaborating with physicians for throughput. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality, and teamwork, with an ACLS requirement to be achieved within one year of hire.

The successful candidate will hold an Associate's degree in nursing and Alabama licensure; BSN is preferred. At least one year of experience is preferred, and a medication test is required to join the team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing with AL licensure.

• Must pass medication test.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care for assigned patients following clinical practice guidelines and nursing standards.
