Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience required.
• KS license through NURSYS required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan and deliver patient care.
• Performs patient care and delegates tasks while supervising other staff.
• Coordinates care plans for assigned patients and collaborates with the health care team.
• Demonstrates proficiency and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Supports and teaches others, fostering collaboration and empowerment.

It has been certified by The Joint Commission in orthopedic joint replacement for hip and knee. Its maternity program earned the Kansas High 5 for Mom & Baby for care that supports breastfeeding best practices to support mom and baby.

Shift Details: Weekend Work Program- Days. Must work every Saturday & Sunday- work 2 shifts, get paid for 3!

The Work

• Utilizesthe nursing process
• Performspatient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff
• Coordinatesthe plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstratesproficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures
• We are looking for collaborative, resourceful, and positive nurses who love empowering and teaching others.
