Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services in the United States is seeking a Progressive Care/PCU Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to acutely ill adults in step-down settings, administer medications, monitor telemetry, and respond to evolving conditions.

You will perform patient assessments, develop or update care plans, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
