Job summary

The University of Miami Health System seeks a Full-time Registered Nurse for Progressive Care on-site in Miami, FL. The RN will deliver patient-family centered care using evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service while supporting diverse patient populations.

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience. BSN preferred; ASN with 2 years to BSN completion acceptable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license; BLS CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification; minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner.
• Utilize evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service.
• Support smooth operations of the Progressive Care unit.
