Health Here is seeking an RN Program Coordinator to lead specialty-area clinical guidance, education, and research within a hospital setting. The role focuses on coordinating patient care, developing protocols, and serving as an expert resource for stakeholders.

The coordinator will oversee program personnel, participate in budgeting, monitor outcomes, and drive continuous quality improvements while supporting patient experience and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and BLS certification.

Role Overview

The RN Program Coordinator is a clinical leader responsible for providing specialized expertise, consultation, education, and research within their designated area or specialty focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across the continuum, develop and review clinical protocols, and serve as an expert resource in specialty areas.
• Oversee program personnel, assist in strategic and budget planning, and act as a liaison for stakeholders.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, monitor clinical outcomes and quality of care, and implement continuous process improvements.
• Support patient experience initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead efforts in quality management, data analysis, and educational program development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN (with a commitment to obtain a BSN if not already held).
• Expertise in disease-specific care, proven nursing experience, and familiarity with quality management programs.
• Strong computer skills, critical thinking, and ability to develop educational programs.
• Preferred experience includes 3-5 years in orthopedics or neuro surgery in a hospital setting and RN coordinator or Charge RN roles.

Physical & Other Requirements

Ability to read and communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, and possibly drive, with physical dexterity and sensory acuity necessary for clinical oversight.
