Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina's MUSC Health is seeking a Registered Nurse II for a PRN, on-site role with 12 scheduled hours per week. You will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care and collaborate with the health care team to support oncology patients and families.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), has at least one year of RN experience, and possesses SC nursing licensure or a compact state license, BLS, and ACLS certification.

Minimum Training and Education

Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations

Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
