Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-level nursing care to patients in home and community settings. The RN will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring safety and quality.

You will document accurately, administer medications and IV therapies, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to promote healing and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a nursing degree.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Texas nursing license or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least six months of RN experience.
