Job Summary

This registered nurse position provides hands‑on resident care, timely administration of medications and treatments, accurate verbal and written reports, and rapid response to emergency situations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform professional and restorative nursing services, including resident assessments, recording vital signs, and administering medications and treatments.
  • Keep timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports to ensure quality care.
  • Interact with the resident’s physician, pharmacist, and medical personnel as needed.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in the Resident Care Plan (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility).
  • Participate in and attend all required in‑service training and education sessions as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements
