Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ambulatory surgery team in Indiana. This day-shift role offers flexibility with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements.

The ideal candidate has an ASN, an active IN RN license, and 1+ year pre/post-operative experience; ICU/ED experience is considered. We provide a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent, RN license in Indiana.
• BLS certification through AHA is required.
• Candidates with ICU/ED experience are welcome and considered for the role.
• Two years of acute care experience may be considered as an exception with CNO approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative nursing care and post-operative nursing care.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Support a patient-centered, efficient ambulatory surgery environment.
