Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department on a PRN basis. The role is in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital setting with rotating shifts, collaborating with the Therapy department to support patient recovery and return to daily life.

You will deliver patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced emergency environment, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safety and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in the applicable state or compact licensure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS (training provided if needed).
• Experience is preferred but not required; six months of LPN or RN experience is a plus.
