Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for private duty, 1:1 home care across Cape May and Atlantic counties in New Jersey. You’ll provide hands-on nursing care in clients’ homes, document physicians’ orders, and monitor patient status to ensure quality, compassionate care.

You’ll join a trusted provider offering flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a strong support network to help you grow in home health nursing.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and licensure in good standing in NJ.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
• Client age ranges from infant to geriatric

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to $42/hr based on qualifications
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
