Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient care team. You will triage patient needs by phone and in-office visits, provide clinical guidance, and assist with transitions of care, aiming to improve outcomes and patient experience.

Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience is preferred; Michigan RN license and CPR certification are required. This full-time role offers a stable outpatient schedule and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in Michigan with CPR certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in a medical or office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient care team. In this role, you'll help patients navigate their healthcare journey through clinical triage, care coordination, patient education, and ongoing support that improves outcomes and enhances the patient experience.
