Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a registered nurse to practice independently in a clinical setting, delivering routine and complex patient care while managing contingencies and long-term goals. You will apply the nursing process, assess patients, plan and implement care, document histories, and educate patients, families, and caregivers.

Completion of onboarding and annual competency validations with adherence to certification deadlines are essential for ongoing practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS and PALS required within specified timeframes.
• Experience in perioperative or surgical settings advantageous.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
