LOCATION: Ball Memorial – Muncie, Indiana

Part-time and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus (available through 9/30/2026).This position is also referral eligible.

Our teammates help each other out when life outside of work needs you. Currently our Pre-Op Pacu weekend call rotation is four weekends off and then one weekend on call. You also have one evening / night call shift through the week. Holiday coverage is only 1-2 Holidays per year and those are covered with call only. We have a robust Unit Based Council that meets regularly to listen to the ideas of our team members and create better processes for patients and team members alike. Qualifications

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
