IU Health is seeking experienced registered nurses to join our team in Indiana. This pipeline requisition supports upcoming and recent nurse graduates, with a $30,000 sign-on bonus available through 9/30/2026 and referral eligibility.
The RN will support pre-operative care, triage, and perioperative preparation in a fast-paced unit, working 4- to 8-hour shifts; flexibility is valued. Indiana licensure and a nationally accredited program are required.

The RN in this role will have a strong clinical background with excellent critical thinking skills. This unit has a small staff of nurses that are flexible in their roles and work with the providers to prepare patients for surgeries and procedures. This position requires clinic visits, as well as triage phone coverage. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and time management skills.
