Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift in the Women’s Services unit to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers, newborns, and gynecologic post-procedure patients. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support families during vulnerable moments and champion patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current SC RN license or Compact State RN license.
• Current AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care.
• Delivering patient- and family-centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs.
• Coordinating care with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Providing health education that empowers patients and families.
• Prioritizing patient safety while maintaining a therapeutic and healing environment.
• Leading and collaborating with nursing team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
