The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and therapeutic interventions.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans with input from patients and families, coordinate interdisciplinary care, delegate and direct care activities, and evaluate patient responses to interventions. Maintain professionalism by adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation, and promoting the nursing profession.
Current RN license, BSN from an accredited institution, BLS certification, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and operating equipment. Strong communication, critical thinking, patient care coordination, and documentation skills are essential.
