Bombshelled Aesthetics in Frisco, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a physician-owned aesthetic plastic surgery practice. You will work closely with Dr. Pamela Brownlee, handling consults, pre‑op and post‑op care, in‑office procedures and weight‑management services in a highly specialized setting.

You don't need years of aesthetics experience—strong nursing skills, clinical judgment and a willingness to learn are valued. This role offers a clear growth path within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Texas RN license and valid BLS certification.
• Prior hands-on clinical nursing experience in a medical setting.
• Strong IV and venipuncture skills.
• Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology or aesthetics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical flow of a busy plastic surgery and aesthetics practice.
• Support surgical consults, pre‑op and post‑op care.
• Coordinate surgical preparation and medical clearances with outside providers.
• Provide patient education and address post‑op questions throughout the journey.
• Obtain histories, vitals and assist with imaging and consult preparation.
• Assist Dr. Brownlee during clinic visits and in‑office procedures.
• Support weight‑management patients and nonsurgical aesthetic treatments.
• Execute venipuncture and medication administration when needed.
• Maintain timely documentation and follow‑ups of clinical tasks.

Bombshelled Aesthetics is a physician-owned aesthetic plastic surgery practice led by double board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Pamela Brownlee. We're looking for an exceptional Registered Nurse who wants to use their clinical experience in a highly specialized, patient-focused environment while building a career in aesthetics.

You'll work directly with Dr. Brownlee and be involved throughout the aesthetic patient journey, including surgical consults, pre‑op and post‑op care, in‑office procedures, weight management, lasers, energy‑based devices and nonsurgical aesthetics.

You don't need years of aesthetics experience to get our attention. You just need to bring strong nursing skills, sound clinical judgment and the drive to keep learning.

Your Role

• Help manage the clinical flow of a busy plastic surgery and aesthetics practice
• Support surgical patients throughout consults, pre‑op and post‑op care
• Coordinate surgical preparation, medical clearances and communication with outside providers and the surgery center
• Provide patient education and communicate with patients throughout their surgical journey, including post‑op questions and concerns
• Obtain histories, vitals, clinical photography and assist with 3D surgical imaging and consult preparation
• Assist Dr. Brownlee during clinic visits and in‑office procedures
• Support medical weight‑management patients and patients receiving nonsurgical aesthetic treatments
• Use nursing skills such as venipuncture, IV access and medication administration when needed
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure patient questions, follow‑ups and outstanding clinical tasks are addressed promptly

Who We're Looking For

Required: Current unrestricted Texas RN license, prior hands‑on clinical nursing experience, and current BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

Strong IV and venipuncture skills and experience in plastic surgery, dermatology or aesthetics are especially valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

$36–$42/hour, based on relevant experience and clinical skills.

Full‑time benefits include employer‑subsidized medical insurance, 100% employer‑paid dental and vision, 10 days PTO with increases for tenure, 6 paid holidays, and an additional birthday/wellness day.

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 8:30 AM–3:00 PM. Primarily weekday daytime hours with occasional brief weekend postoperative coverage.
