Job summary

Village Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate patient support, prep, and clear communication for a positive visit experience. You will administer medications, perform point-of-care tests, phlebotomy, and vital sign collection while upholding safety and high-quality care.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have or are pursuing BLS, and bring 1 year of primary care or urgent care experience. Spanish speaking is a plus; on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an RN.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• BLS certification preferred; required within 90 days of employment.
• 1 year of experience preferred in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, urgent care, or ER.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and prepares patients for their appointment and informs them of required information.
• Performs PO, IM, and ID administrations as directed by the Provider.
• Conducts point-of-care tests, EKGs, venipuncture, and specimen processing.
• Collects vitals, histories, and screenings; documents accurately.
• Assists with patient education on medications and diets; supports prescription refills as directed.
• Maintains clean and stocked treatment rooms and equipment; supports quality controls.
