Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a PICU Registered Nurse to deliver high-acuity, family-centered care to critically ill pediatric patients in Ridgeland, SC. You will perform comprehensive assessments and manage complex medications and life-support equipment.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate and support families, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and accurately document care and interventions while participating in training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Pediatric ICU experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication and family support skills.
