Manager, Practice Operations
Work may involve occasional travel between physician practice locations, hospital departments, community sites, and attendance at meetings or training sessions.

Full-time days, Monday through Friday
Generally works scheduled physician practice operating hours. May be required to work occasional extended hours, evenings, or weekends based on clinic and organizational needs.
Work schedule may be adjusted as needed to meet operational and business requirements.
Non-Exempt (Hourly); eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law
The Registered Nurse, Physician Practice provides professional nursing care within an outpatient physician practice setting. The RN serves as a clinical resource for providers, patients, and staff by performing patient assessment, triage, care coordination, population health activities, patient education, and clinical follow-up. The RN utilizes clinical judgment to support quality patient outcomes, care continuity, regulatory compliance, and value-based care initiatives while collaborating with providers, medical assistants, care coordinators, and other members of the healthcare team.
Graduate of an accredited professional nursing education program required
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or equivalent nursing education qualifying the individual for RN licensure required
Previous ambulatory care, physician practice, primary care, care coordination, or population health experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and other standard computer applications, with the ability to learn and effectively use software systems required for assigned responsibilities.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs)
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Indiana
Current BLS certification required
