Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver personalized nursing care in patients' homes across Springfield. You will assess and develop care plans, manage medications and wound care, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Local travel is required, with flexible full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules and ongoing training. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and offers benefits including

Qualifications

• Active and current RN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred; home health experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
• Ability to travel locally to patients' homes.
