Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a ReadyMED Registered Nurse to provide urgent care across multiple sites. You will assess patients, triage, support providers with diagnostics, and administer medications while maintaining charts and safety protocols.

This role requires 100% travel with varied hours. The ideal candidate has an MA RN license, BLS/CPR, and at least 2 years of RN experience with EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited RN program and active MA RN license
• BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on RN experience and EMR familiarity
• EPIC EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess symptoms and patient history; coordinate with healthcare team to develop and evaluate care plans
• Perform triage considering physical and psychosocial factors
• Conduct diagnostics and tests as per protocol to support provider evaluations
• Manage basic life support and stabilize patients until physician intervention

• Recording vital signs and assisting physicians during exams, tests, and treatments
• Administering medications as ordered, via various routes, and documenting appropriately
