Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-acuity Cardiac Special Care unit. You will deliver direct patient care, perform assessments, and coordinate care plans and education with families and staff.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to evidence‑based practices in a 14‑bed cardiac/thoracic/vascular intermediate care unit.

Formación

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Experience in Cardiac Step Down, including titrating medication IVs, BiPap, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to high-acuity, critical care environments.

Role:
