Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Registered Nurse to render high level nursing care to assigned patients, using the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The incumbent will oversee other team members and ensure care aligns with BORN regulations and professional standards.

Onsite at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Requirements include a current MA RN license, 1–2 years of nursing experience, and a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

  • Current MA RN license required.
  • Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Bachelor degree in nursing preferred.
  • 2 years Critical Care experience required; procedural experience in Cath Lab, IR, OR.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
  • Oversee assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide population-specific care in accordance with regulatory standards and professional guidelines.
