Aurora Behavioral Health System in Glendale, Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Psychiatric Care in a per diem capacity. Schedule Requirements

• Willing to work a 12 hour minimum of 4 shifts per month
• Both Night shifts and Day shift available
• Additional shifts are often available

What You’ll Do

As a Psychiatric RN, you will be an essential part of our clinical team, providing safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based care.

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions
• Educating patients on treatment, coping skills, and wellness
• Supervising and delegating tasks to support staff
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, high‑quality care
