Role

Per diem Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art adult medical unit.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, provide treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of a specialty nursing program, compassionate, team-oriented, capable of adapting to a fast-paced clinical environment, and committed to evidence-based practice.

Key Duties

Ensure optimal patient/family experience, promote safety, participate in unit decision-making, and support organizational quality metrics. Supportive leadership and embedded multidisciplinary services foster professional growth and excellence.
