Job summary

Orchard Cove is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic nursing care within a primary nursing model. You will collaborate with physicians, NP, social workers, and therapists to meet residents' clinical needs while maintaining high-quality care.

Strong communication and critical thinking are essential. Responsibilities include care planning, documentation, staff supervision, and participation in quality improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program or RN-equivalent.
• Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Demonstrates professional, proactive, collaborative behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Collaborate with MD/NP, social worker, therapists, and dietician to meet clinical needs.
• Document care in the electronic medical record accurately.
• Delegate and supervise LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Participate in quality improvement and shared governance activities.
• Assist with meals and participate in rounds as needed.
