Job summary

The organization seeks an RN supervisor to provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and Patient Centered Care principles while offering professional leadership to the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
• One-year acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and department-specific advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.
