Cape Fear Valley Health's Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pediatrics unit. This per diem, days-shift role supports patient care, assessment, and collaboration with the care team to deliver safe pediatric services.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing with NC RN licensure (or compact state), 1–2 years pediatrics preferred, and demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced hospital setting.

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current NC RN licensure or compact state licensure.
• 1–2 years pediatric clinical experience preferred.
