Job summary

St. John’s United Transitional Rehab Center seeks a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to provide hands-on nursing care under supervision of the Nurse Team Lead and Director.

You will support patients with disabilities and/or acute/chronic illness to attain maximum function within a rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include coordinating disease-process education, collaborating with the rehab team, and promoting safety through adherence to policies and mandatory in-services.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Montana.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Three years’ related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinates disease process education for patients and families.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to achieve patient-centered goals.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. Willing to obtain certification in rehabilitation nursing within the first year of employment. Must be CPR certified.
