First Choice Nurses in Virginia is seeking PCU Telemetry RNs to take control of their schedule with per diem shifts.

Choose your own shifts, including as little as one per month, with daily/weekly pay options and hospital-based opportunities.

Requirements: Virginia RN license, 2 years PCU experience, BLS/ACLS, and vaccination or exemption; competitive pay of $56.25-$57.25 per hour.

Formación

• Virginia RN license required.
• At least 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the last 4 years.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within the past 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsabilidades

• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions.
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status.
• Administering medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Following facility infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Educating patients and families regarding care and discharge plans.
• Adapting professionally to different hospital units and environments.

Conocimientos

Active Virginia RN License

PCU nursing experience (2+ years)

AHA BLS

AHA ACLS

QuantiFERON-TB Gold test in past 12 mo

PCU RN Requirements

• Active Virginia RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the past 4 years
• Current AHA BLS
• Current AHA ACLS
• Current QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Additional credentials may be required based on facility assignment
