Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Multisystem PCU. You will deliver direct patient care in a 40-bed unit within a fast-paced acute care setting, handling diverse conditions including cardiac, respiratory, neuro, renal, GI and post-op patients.

The role requires a Florida RN license (or valid eNLC), BLS, and unit-specific competencies. ACLS/NRP/PALS may be needed depending on assignment; night shifts include rotating weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate license.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC may be required based on assignment; NRP for NICU.

Registered Nurse - Multisystem PCU

Position Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the Multisystem Progressive Care Unit (PCU). In this role, you will provide exceptional care in a fast-paced, acute care environment. You'll handle a wide range of conditions including Cardiac, Respiratory, Neuro, Renal, GI, and Post-Op patients. Our 40-bed unit operates 24/7 and offers robust support through corporate and unit-based educational opportunities.

Location: Orlando Regional Medical Center, Downtown Orlando, Florida

Shift: Nights (Including rotating weekends and holidays)

Qualifications

• Education/Training:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Completion of mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and the specific unit/department.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
  • Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
  • ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC may be required based on the area of assignment. NRP certification is necessary for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Experience:
  • 1 year of PCU experience preferred.
