Job summary

Care New England is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in collaboration with families and in accordance with professional standards. The RN will deliver primary nursing care and lead assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation with a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, English proficiency, and ongoing credentialing as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with active license.
• Proficient in English.
• Maintains CPR and any other credentialing necessary to practice as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical care and assessment for all patient populations as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Delivers individualized, goal-directed nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assists physicians with tests and procedures.
• Functions well in emergency procedures according to policy.
• Facilitates a team approach to the patient plan of care.
• Incorporates standards of care into nursing practices.
• Develops and maintains necessary skills to work with all patients.
• Serves as a clinical resource to enhance the development of other nursing staff.
