Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated RN to provide patient-centered care using the Nursing Process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation—while applying evidence-based practice and critical thinking.

You will collaborate with patients and families, support interdisciplinary teams, and engage in ongoing competency assessments, mentoring, and performance improvement efforts to advance safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity, partnering with patients and families to align care with their goals.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Support professional development by completing ongoing competency assessments, serving as a preceptor or mentor, and engaging in performance improvement activities.
• Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and adherence to policies, standards, and safety goals.
• Participate in resource planning, protocol development, and performance improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes.
