Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in Mississippi to provide direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. Formación

• One year of nursing experience (minimum).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS specialty certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses patient appropriately based on medical condition.
• Administers prescribed medications.
• Provides care aligned with patient age and condition, including education.
• Develops and evaluates teaching plans with family involvement.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to provide patient care.
• Assists physicians with procedures requiring technical skills.
• Addresses psychosocial needs of patients and families; coordinates discharge planning.
• Promotes cost-effective practices and safe use of supplies.
