AMOREM's Boone Patient Care Unit is seeking a registered nurse for the day shift to deliver thoughtful, patient-centered end-of-life care for our community. You will join a dedicated, interdisciplinary team committed to comfort, dignity, and family education.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license (ADN, BSN, or MSN).
• CPR certification (current and valid).
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Willingness to grow and take on new challenges.
• Hospice and palliative care experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Devote more time to quality end-of-life bedside care.
• Leverage technology to improve quality of care.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• Maximize hospice medical skills.
• Collaborate on individualized plans of care with dynamic interdisciplinary team.
• Approach patients and families holistically.
• Have a flexible schedule.
