Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care per the established medical plan of care. The role emphasizes coordination with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to SRH policies.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, South Carolina RN licensure, and at least one year of experience, with BLS, ACLS and PALS required. ACLS/PALS certifications should be obtained within the specified timeframes after hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree.
• One year nursing experience required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire/transfer and PALS within 1 year of hire/transfer.
• Complete arrythmia course within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document professional nursing care per the medical plan of care and standards.
• Coordinate and delegate care with other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicate findings to appropriate person(s) and serve as a resource for SRH/nursing staff.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor or Department Director.
